TERMS and CONDITIONS |

Family Rental Only: All units are elegantly furnished and equipped to make
your visit at the resort as convenient and enjoyable
as possible. We are a family oriented resort and will
not honor reservations for vacationing student groups
or unchaperoned young adults. Young adults under the
age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent
or guardian in the unit for the entire stay. Reservations
made under false pretenses may be subject to forfeiture
of security deposits and rental funds paid. Age minimum
for occupancy is 25. |

Reservation policy – We require a deposit of $300.00 payable by Mastercard,
Visa or personal check. All deposits are processed and
are refunded approximately 14 days after your departure
provided unit and its contents have no damage beyond
normal wear. |

Cancellation policy – We require a seven- (7) working day notice of cancellation
prior to the scheduled arrival time. Cancellation less
than seven (7) days will result in forfeiture of the
deposit. |

Check-in time: 3:00 PM (Arrangements must be made through the resort for late
arrival). |

|

|
Check-out time: 10:00 AM - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Late check out may be subject
to eviction and/or additional rental fees. |

Rental Fees: Rent for your unit is due upon arrival. Acceptable forms of payment:
MasterCard, Visa, Personal Check or Travelers Checks.
Rental rate subject to change without notice, unless
confirmed. Rates do not include local Sales Tax. |

Rental Period: Daily or weekly. Weeks generally run from Saturday to Saturday.
Two (2) night minimum stay is required. |

OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy for a one bedroom is four (4), two bedroom is
six (6) three bedroom is eight (8). |

Early Checkout: NO REFUND is given for early check-outs. |
| |
|

Rules and Regulations: All guests are required to conform to all rules and
regulations of the property. Violators are subject to
eviction without refund. |

We reserve the right to refuse rental accommodations to any prospective guest. |

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED! |

Unit Amenities: All units are equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave
oven, kitchen utensils, small appliances, towels and
linens. Although linens are furnished, please bring your
own beach towels as linens are not to be removed from
the unit. |
